Payment

The customer from overseas can pay by PayPal.
The customer in Japan can pay by PayPal, Credit cards (Master card, VISA, JCB, Dinars, American express), Cash on delivery. Please pay the Cash on delivery fee to the courier directly when you receive your parcel.

Order confirmation mail

We send the customer an order confirmation mail when the order has been processed and when the parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery

For international customers, please allow us up to 5 working days to dispatch the parcel. It will take approximately 7days to 25 days to deliver depending on shipping country.
The parcel might be delayed due to bad weather, natural disaster.. We will keep you updated on the status of your parcel.

Delivery fee

Customers in overseas

An Order from overseas needs international delivery fee and occasional custom duties depend on your country. Please confirm your custom duties at your domestic duty customs bureau. International delivery fee will pop up on your order page automatically. Please confirm the charge before proceed your order.

Customers in Japan

An order within Japan needs domestic delivery fee. It will charge 750yen for all areas in Japan.

Free shipping for customers in Japan

We happily offer free shipping for customers in Japan who purchased totaling 10,000yen or more. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply.

Return /Exchange policy

Our exchange/Return policy is as below.

  • Please contact us within 14days of the delivery of the products to you.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition. We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • We are not able to accept items that were bought when on sales.

Customers in overseas

In cases where goods are faulty, exchanges for quality goods or refunds will be accepted. Please contact us from "Contact" page by 14 days of delivery of the products to you. For exchange, we will send the customer replacements immediately once we receive products from you. Unfortunately we can not offer the shipping cost. For full refund, we refund the price excluding shipping cost to you once we receive the products from you.

Customers in Japan

  • In cases where goods are faulty
    Exchanges for quality goods or refunds will be accepted. Please contact us from "Contact" page in 14 days of delivery. For exchange, we will send the customer replacements immediately once we receive products from you. We gladly cover the cost of delivery. For full refund, we refund full price once we receive the products from you including the shipping cost.
  • In case of where goods are not fit
    Exchanges or refunds will be accepted. Please contact us from "Contact" page in 14 days of delivery. Please aware that the shipping cost will apply. For full refund, we will refund the price excluding the shipping cost.
